How Can We Help You?

All of our hair, body, and skin care products are made locally in our Palo Alto lab in small batches. We make them fresh and we do not keep a large inventory. In the unlikely event that we run out of stock, your order could be delayed by 5-7 business days before a fresh batch is available. For aromatherapy products (essential oils) the delay could be longer, but we will notify you.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not directly collect or store any credit card or other private payment information on our site. All transactions go through highly secure industry leading payment gateways.

We ship to US, Canada and Europe for a flat rate. All orders above $50 ship for free via US ground shipment within continental US. If you require a different shipment method please get in touch with us directly and we’d be happy to do what we can to help.

We do our best to ship quickly as long as the product is in stock (See Availability).

We love our products and we want you to love them too! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any eligible* product for a return within 14 days of the purchase date if it is accompanied by an original receipt and unused. For gently used items store credit will be given. For in store purchases we require the original receipt. For online purchases please contact first.

*Perfume oils and essential oils are not eligible for refund.

We are obsessed with producing high quality products that our customers love. We use only natural and safe ingredients and absolutely avoid synthetic ingredients and toxins. We only sell freshly made products to ensure quality and safely. You will love them!
