When: Thursday March 2, 2017 at 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Essentique, 2417 Park Blvd. Palo Alto, CA
What to expect:

• Nourish your body with a refreshing snack full of antioxidants, Omega 3 fatty acids, and zinc. Hydrate with fruit-infused water and find your center with herbal tea or a glass of wine.

• Treat your skin to a decadent fresh facial masque made in house, in our lab, at the event. Your face will be cleansed, exfoliated, detoxed, nourished and moisturized.

• An uplifting oil treatment for your hand followed by a hand massage will leave your hands supple and healthy.

• You will leave with our seasonal gifts of Essentique products. For this event, you will take a bottle of Amorous Hand and Body Lotion ($60).

Fresh Masque of the night

Dear guests!

I am so excited about our upcoming facial night together at Essentique. The theme I chose is “Chlorophyll and antioxidants!”

Chlorophyll is plant pigment and full of extraordinary benefits for the skin. Chlorophyll is like magic. It heals wounds, banishes blemishes, represses wrinkles, kills germs, and improves skin complexion. That is why I am so much in love with this green masque!

The fresh masque that I meticulously formulated for your special night at Essentique contains:

• Fresh Organic Spinach
• Fresh Organic Banana
• Fresh Turmeric
• Non-GMO Fresh Honey (Manuka- 16+)
• Organic White Sandalwood powder
• Organic Pomegranate peel powder
• Colloidal Oatmeal
• Goat Milk
• CoEnzyme Q10
• R-Lipoic Acid

Spinach is a great source of Chlorophyll, Banana is a perfect addition to natural masks. It moisturizes the skin (due to its potassium content), treats acne (Zinc), and has anti-aging effects (Vitamin A, E, C). Turmeric is antiseptic and provide a youthful glow to the skin. Honey is super nourishing and hydrating and great for eczema. Especially Manuka honey UMF16 which is considered to have superior quality that contains superior levels of phenols that are highly therapeutic. And of course our beautiful and fragrant white Sandalwood powder that I just sourced from overseas and I am so in love with it.  It is one of the best ways to get a real clear skin. And everyone knows Pomegranate is full of antioxidants but did you know that pomegranate peel has significantly more antioxidants than pomegranate juice?! Colloidal oat soothes stressed and irritated skin and improves skin tone. Goat Milk is rich in fatty acids and minerals like selenium and AHA that helps remove the dead skin and hydrates and brightens skin. CoEnzyme Q10 is a must in daily facial regimen. It is a vitamin like substance that produced naturally in our body. It helps with collagen production and reducing appearance of skin aging and wrinkle formation. And last but not least Alpha Lipoic Acid for cellular rejuvenation. Its anti-inflammatory properties helps reduce visible redness and blotchiness resulting in skin tone that appears youthful.
